Every situation is unique
We never take a “one size fits all†approach to managing our clients’ investor relations program. Every client is different, and every need is unique. We only choose to work with a handful of selected companies at any given time. This enables our team to devote the time and resources needed to effectively understand the business and nature of each client. We work very closely with each client’s top management to continually refine and cultivate its corporate image.
The story behind the numbers
Many times an emerging company cannot be fully understood by simply looking at its balance sheet. For a small firm to blossom and access the capital it needs to grow, investors need more than just a set of numbers. We help our clients effectively convey their story to the investors who matter the most. We are aware that there are many intangibles, such as the vision and integrity of the firm’s management, that tend to get overlooked in many IR programs. We take the time to completely understand our client’s business and help them present their story to the investment community.
Building long-term shareholder value
It takes an extended period of time for the investment community to completely understand the business for most small firms. We make it a policy not to work with a client for just a matter of weeks, or participate in short-term campaigns. We strive to look at the “big picture†for each company we work with and then set long-term goals with our clients. We then carefully lay out the most effective steps to achieve them. Success cannot be determined overnight, but rather is the result of a daily pursuit of excellence.
